Possible FIBS Bot: neuronal

A pretty bot-ish sort of name, though I don't know if it is or not. I thought it might be, because it logs in from the same address as BGinGA, which to me spelled out "Backgammon in Genetic Algorithm". However, BGinGA turns out not to be a bot, so we are left in a state of befuddlement.
