FIBS Bot: MonteCarlo

MonteCarlo was written by Gamer Cafe Software (the author can be contacted at montecarlo@gamercafe.com).

MonteCarlo plays 1pt matches only and has played more games on FIBS than most of the other bots put together. It is a neural network and uses 2-ply lookahead.
