Miscellaneous FIBS Bot: rat

rat is a general-purpose bot and currently performs two functions:

It tells you how many rating points you'll gain or lose by playing a given opponent at a given match length
It tells you what your match winning chances are from a given score (taken from Kit Woolsey's equity table)

Stephen Turner's site contains equity tables and approximating formulae, and Kevin Bastian has written an article explaining the FIBS rating formula in detail.
