FIBS Bot: jf_level_five

jf_level_five is jellyfish playing at level 5 (the default skill level in the commercial, Windows version of the program), and was written by Fredrik Dahl (fredahl@sn.no, fredrikd on FIBS) and Effect Software, Norway.

Much has been written about Jellyfish's level and style of play (Backgammon Galore has a collection of related newsgroup articles), but it may be a little surprising to find that jf_level_five reached a rating of 2000 on FIBS. The jellyfish page has some more information on its rating.

I have a record of my first 160 matches with Jellyfish, set to level 5.
